YACHT RENTAL TERMS

The rental starts at 9.00 in the morning and the return is at the latest at sunset.
We deliver and collect your boat with a full tank of fuel and its cost is borne exclusively by the renter.
All boats are equipped with the legally required safety equipment.
The vessel mentioned in the charter certificate is covered by civil liability insurance in accordance with Greek law 2743/99.
The insurance does not cover accidents that the passengers of the vessel may suffer during the charter.
In case of damage to the vessel due to the fault of the charterer, the charterer of the vessel is responsible for the damage, and will have to cover its entire cost.
It is illegal to approach organized public beaches less than 500 meters away. Maps are provided during the mandatory update with navigation limits.
It is illegal for the boat operator to consume alcohol.
The lessee is responsible for any fines imposed on such activities.

ATTENTION: For the rental you need a driver's license and a driver over 23 years old.

RESERVATIONS

A valid passport or ID card is required

Driver's license or credit card is not accepted as a form of identification

Bookings by phone, internet or in person.

The confirmation is sent one day before the rental after consulting the local weather reports.

General Information

When booking, please specify the number and age of people and if you have any previous experience with boats.

but we have not forgotten that our customers participate for pleasure and fun!

CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation even until the last minute if the weather conditions are unsafe Weather conditions are usually confirmed one day before travel. In case of prohibition of departure from the Port Authority we refund the reservation money at 100%.

We reserve the right to refuse to rent a yacht if we deem an insufficient understanding of the vessel's operating instructions and safety rules by the prospective charterer. In this case we refund the reservation at 100%.
